What? I didn't hear that....

As some people know I've got a hearing problem, so I went to the doctors yesterday (a specialist refered from my doctor at home) and it turns out that the problem is that I've only got about half an eardrum in my left ear. So they compared what I hear to wearing an earplug all the time. The cool thing is that the doctor had a camera and he stuck it into my ear and I got to see my eardrum, I thought that was pretty neat because I've had a number of operations on my ear and I finally got to SEE what all the fuss has been about. The downside is that I'm going to have to get another operation probably soon to have my eardrum rebuilt. But it's better than having a hearing aid at 23...
