Happy Easter and some other stuff Current mood: melancholy
Mornin' to ya! Happy Easter I hope you all feasted on Chocolate for breakfast. I didn't but that's cause I've already OD'd on candy since Friday night. I gave it up for Lent and officially on Friday I was allowed to eat it again...I even stayed up till midnight, yeah I know I'm a freaking geek!!! You've gotta understand the relationship I have with candy to understand.
So I've decided that to cover all my bases to just write the blog and post it in both places, that'll save all you myspace folks from having to click on another link.
So on Wednesday I had my appointment with my hearing specialist and my one millionth hearing test (Considering that I'm from Cornwall and I don't suck govt $ any other way I like to get all the services I can) no but seriously I've got ear problems....my bro just burned all my pics form my old comp so I'll try to find a pic of my ear after the last operation and post it...anyways back to the point...I've got to get a hearing aid for my ear, at least it's only one because those suckers are freaking expensive!!! So I'm feeling a little melancholy about the whole thing. I know I'm lucky considering the number of possible health problems I could have but still. My greatest joy is live music and going to concerts fortunately my hearing problem is currently due to scar tissue and apparently the ear drum the doctor built me isn't exactly the right shape. So I'm just trying to go with acceptance here I'm goign to have to have at least three more appointments for getting the hearing aid...I hope that I get one with a remote control so that I can adjust it without digging around my ear, 'cause that'd jsut look wierd and be embarassing.
Last night I went to dinner with my parents and brother then we went to Second City, it was a good show and I really want to check it out again.
I don't know what else to write about right now so I'll end it here. The stupid thing won't show what I'm listening to so FYI it's S.C.I.E.N.C.E. by Incubus!
