Loud Music, Melting Mexican Food and Overall Dissatisfaction

Hello All, I'm sorry for the delay but the Oasis concert was spectacular! I had a great time and even though I think that Liam's starting to sound a little roght the nostalgic value was well worth the price of the show!

Speaking of Shows, went to the Rook's CD release party and it was by far teh best Rook show I've seen yet! The CD was for sale and of course Sasha used both our ticket stubs to get copies (you got 1/2 off with the stub) one for our place and one to send to her brother who is a HUGE loser for not coming...HUGE LOSER!!!!

So last night we made tacos for dinner and I put my shells in the oven to get a little crispy...then I was waiting for the food to be ready and Sasha said "it smells like Taco Bell in here" which is what prompted me to remember the shells! So I run to the kitchen and see smoke coming out of the stove like a chimney and looked in and for sure the taco shells were burnt to a crisp...but beyone a crisp really they actually melted!!! I did not knwo that it was possible for Taco shells to melt but I guess it's true what they say, you learn something new every day. So please take a look at the photos above as a reminder to always set the timer!

Overall dissatisfaction comes from the usual, work! The place is falling apart and it's like my bosses prefer to talk about the pieces instead of actually helping us pick them up! So general frustration is ruling everyone!

Oasis Tonight!!!

Hi all well i"m off to see Oasis with Sasha tongiht, it's gonna be a great show...I haven't seen Oasis in about 5 years so it'll be good to see them again! I' m sure they're gonna rock it!!!

Other than that we;ve got the Rook's CD Release on Friday and I hope to see a bunch of you there espically the Pauls...if you even bother to read this....you guys would really like these guys...and it's an all ages show (until 11) so you can't use no ID as an excuse

Well it's almost the end of another work day. Just over 100 to go before I have to start hunting again! So if anyone wants to hire me come September let me know!

CASSANDRA'S WONDERFUL BIRTHDAY PARTY!

Well I did have a wonderful time at Cassandra's birthday party, there was a ton of food and party supplies so we had a good time and we made it till almost midnight without incident!

The party was at Angela's house, which is BEAUTIFUL and it is obviously with much regret that she is selling it! The only thing is that there are a LOT of stairs....he he can you tell where this "incident" I mentioned is going to come into play!

Now to be fair, no one was drunk, to be honest we had only had two or three drinks all night but Sasha fell down the last stair. Not bad though it was a long flight but to have made it so close had GOT to be frustrating.

So on that note, the weekend was pretty uneventful because Sasha could not walk, I'm not 100% sure how she's doing today but she did make it into work, hey Sash comment and let us all know that you're surviving!

Had another good weekend, went to see Bedouin Soundclash at the Docks on Saturday, another super show by those guys! The only thing that baffled my mind was the number of obvious high school kids who were allowed to go to a concert that didn't end until after 1:00am! But hey, I'm not a parent so maybe that's acceptable...I sure wouldn't have been allowed to go! On Sunday I went with my mom and brother to the British Isles show, that was also cool tons and tons of Coronation Street stuff. I spoiled a storyline for my mom though they had a raffle for an item that was used on set by a couple of characters and I made the comment that "they don't need that on the show anymore" and that spoiled it if you want to know what I'm talking about email me, I don't think that I could handle the backlash if I wrote what was going to happen! Corrie fans are nuts man! Just look at me! Unfortunately work has been terrible lately, but that's nothing new, I can tell you one thing for sure, they aren't trying to encourage me to stay on after my contract is over! People keep downloading stuff on me because you know they "gotta get home to spend time with the kids" I so want to just say fuck you man I want the chance to have some kids!!! Honestly, I'm so exhausted after work I often just flop on the couch when I get home and am in bed by 10:00! Weekends are virtually out of the question because I come in so many Saturdays it generally goes like this-Exhausted on friday night but can't do anything fun because have to work on Saturday morning then by Saturday night I'm tired so early because I was at work at 8:00 am! Trying to schedule a mid-afternoon nap on Saturday just makes me angry because I shouldn't have to arrange my sleep so that I have enough energy to work!!!!!!!! But nobody listens, and as soon as it starts to look like I might be mere days to being caught up they fire the temps to provided me with a little relief! No wonder we're dropping like flies around here! I'm 25 I shouldn't have this kind of stress!
