Hi there...

As you can tell the last weeks has been fairly dull for me. I have spent days and days at work inputting stock information on our website.

I had another close encounter with a spider at my desk this week, but I didn't freak out quite as much as I did last time so it was better...other than that I'm pretty boring, sorry guys!

I'll try to be more entertaining next time!

Super Fun Weekend!

Howdy y'all,
I had a super long weekend and I hope that many of you (of all 2 of my readers that at least one of you) had a good one too!

My weekend started off with a Thursday night bus ride home to Cornwall, followed by 12 hours at my parents house and off to Ottawa before noon on Friday.

Friday went and picked up Punk Rock Jeff at his house in Vanier (it was pretty cool I met a couple of his roomates) and then the drive out to Barhaven to my friend Sasha's house for her birthday party. We got there at about 2 and the party began by about 2:15. It was good times, I haven't spent that much time with Bob in a long while and it was plenty fun!

Saturday morning started off with a nice big McDonalds breakfast, then lounging around Sasha's until my parents called to tell me that they were at my aunt and uncle's house in Nepean.

A run of the mill (I don't want to say boring but...) family dinner and then on Sunday it was a drive back to Cornwall and then the bus back to Toronto.

I made it home by about 8:30 so I had time to spare before the new season of Trailer Park Boys started. Usuall quality programming from them!!!

But for now I must get back to work, if I ever want to leave here on time!!!

Celebrity Sighting

Last night at Sneaky Dees we had a real and true celebrity sighting!!! I was there with Karin and a bunch of her cool camp/craftshow people and who should come in and sit at a teble no more than 10 feet away from us but ETHAN HAWKE!
It was pretty cool, we didn't really harass him or anything, he was obviously on a date and we didn't want to cramp his style. One of the girls went up to him when he was on his way back from the bathroom and got his autograph, which was cool, I guess. And then as he was leaving one of the other guys went up to him and told him that he loved him in "Explorers" which I guess is a movie that he was in when he was like 14 or something.
So yeah all in all we had a good night, Karin's last night in the T-dot was a success as far as I'm concerned, but what do I have to complain about! I came home from work and she had dinner on the table for me which was kickass and then we hung out over at the Pauls for a bit and then to the bar. But I honestly didn't expect to be hailing a cab at the corner of Bathurst and College at 3:00 in the morning. So this morning when I got up for work at 7:30 (the time I usually leave for work) I was feeling pretty rough and tired. But I had a wonderful McDonalds breaakfast of a BLT bagel with cheese and a hashbrown and now I'm feeling good, I could still use a nap but the pounding in my head and churning of my stomach seems to have subsided.
It's going to be a good day

Yoga Starts Today

Hi y'all tonight my yoga classes start and I'll find out early next week if I get into the other class I wanted to sign up for, I'm 1 on the waiting list so they'll know on Wednesday weather or not I get in. So that's fun, I've bought a yoga mat and now I just need to get a carrying bag for it, at the store I could have bought the mat with the bag for $30 OR I cold get the mat and one of those cool yoga balls for $35...I think it's pretty obvious which one I went for.

Other than that I've got a jam packed week coming up, yoga tonight, laundry tomorrow, downtown to buy my bus ticket on Wednesday, home for the weekend on Thursday, party in Ottawa on Friday and Easter dinner with family on Saturday...rounding it up with the bus trip back here on Sunday...then Yoga on Monday again.

I know that it's not really that bad but when writing the word "yoga" on my calendar at work takes up the whole date square it looks pretty full when I try to squeeze words like "Sasha's Party" into a square. ha ha... I'm such a loser.

On another note...

I got my haircut really short on Friday, it's okay...kind of like it was during second year at Humber when I cut it on the way home for thanksgiving...when the girls and I stopped at the mall in Kingston, ahhh good times!!!

Not that I've wasted sufficient time yet...

But I really should get back to work...it's not like I'm lucky like Karin and get to be having a nap on my confy couch all day!
